Level Up: Our Story

It started with a gap neither of us could ignore.

Rosalie Oquist spent over 30 years in real estate, including 17 years as a top-producing agent and more than a decade in brokerage leadership, running brokerages across multiple states. Wallace Myers built a real estate team to over 450 transactions in a single year, and both Rosalie and Wallace have previously been owners and investors inside Keller Williams brokerages.

Both watched brokerages invest heavily in recruiting agents and building out substantial training, yet something kept falling short for the middle of the roster. The agents who had some production, wanted more, and had real potential to get there. Even with training available, brokerage leadership rarely had the time or bandwidth to be present with those agents on a daily basis, to help them work through what was actually keeping them stuck, whether that was mindset, confidence, consistency, or just not knowing how to take the next step without feeling like they were being salesy and pushing too hard. That daily presence and accountability is exactly what moves agents from being stuck to producing consistently, and it is the one thing most brokerages simply cannot deliver.

Wallace felt it from another angle too. Scaling a high-volume team meant carrying the full weight of accountability, coaching, and daily leadership. He kept asking why every mega team leader had to absorb that burden alone, when one strong accountability structure could serve multiple teams at once.

He went looking for a solution. What he found was either too generic, too salesy, or too shallow to deliver real results. So he decided to build it.

When he connected with Rosalie, they realized they had spent years trying to solve the exact same problem from different sides of it. The partnership was a natural conclusion.

Level Up was built by people who have actually done the work.

From producing as agents, running teams, leading and owning brokerages. We felt this gap firsthand from every angle.
