Level Up Program Overview For Leadership

Level Up serves as a leverage tool for Market Center leadership, providing the benefits of additional staff support without the need for hiring more employees. The program is designed to increase agent retention, drive production, and stabilize revenue by engaging the "mighty middle" agents into higher production and rescuing those agents who may be at risk of leaving.

Level Up offers a structured coaching, accountability, and business development system that supports agents giving leverage to team leaders and Market Center staff, becoming a seamless extension of the Market Center's leadership.

    • Leverage for Leadership: Functions as additional staff without increasing payroll, allowing Market Center leadership to focus on growth and recruiting.

    • Hybrid Coaching Model: Combines daily group coaching and one-on-one mentorship for agent development.

    • Performance Tracking: Uses the CTE system to measure agent progress and business growth.

    • Daily & Weekly Accountability Meetings: Ensures agents stay on track and actively work toward capping.

    • Needs Analysis & Business Planning: Helps agents create a roadmap to increase transactions quickly.

    • The Agent’s split increases by 10% from their current split, and the Market Center & Level Up split the Company Dollar 50/50.

      • EXAMPLE: If the agent is currently at a 70/30 split, the agent goes to a 60/40 split (agent continues to pay the 6% royalty out of their portion). Agents keep 60% of their commission, while 40% goes to the Market Center which is split 50/50 with Level Up. (60/20/20)

      • Market Center benefits from continuous revenue with a non-capping model while in the program.

      • Existing listings, signed buyer agreements and pending transactions are excluded from the program.

      • The company dollar does not count toward capping during this period as it is a continuous split model.

    • No Financial Burden on the Market Center

      • No start up fees, monthly fees or overhead costs for participation.

      • The program's success is directly tied to agent performance—if agents don’t earn, the program doesn’t profit.

    • Effortless Agent Onboarding

      • Rosalie & Wallace are introduced to agents via text message from the team leader. A template is provided. Market Center staff simply sends text invitations to agents; Level Up handles all follow-ups and scheduling.

      • MCA process is covered at onboarding meeting with MCA

      • Level Up acts as an extension of the Market Center staff

      • Agreement is between agent and Market Center—not Rosalie & Wallace.

    • Commitment & Exit Policy

      • 45-day notice required to exit (can be given after month 5½).

      • No opt-out once an agent commits—coaching support begins immediately.

    • Provides Leadership Leverage

      • Eliminates the need to hire additional staff while still supporting agent growth.

      • Reduces workload for Team Leaders and Market Center staff.

    • Re-engage & Re-recruit Agents

      • Helps retain agents at risk of leaving.
