  • Level Up is a high-growth agent development company partnering with Keller Williams Market Centers nationwide. Our core offering is a program for the “Mighty Middle” agents, designed to boost both production and retention within the Market Center. We serve as a virtual Director of Sales and Growth—providing accountability, coaching, and systems to help mid-tier agents break through to consistent production.

    With increasing demand and expansion across multiple markets, we are building a powerful front-end Growth Advisor team to lead initial agent conversations and strategically enroll qualified fits into our program.

  • As a Strategic Growth Advisor, your role is to lead high-level discovery calls with producing agents and help them identify the gap between where they are and where they want to go. You’ll use our structured Needs Analysis framework to uncover pain points, limiting patterns, and areas of untapped potential—then enroll aligned agents into our program.

    You are not a recruiter.
    You are not a sales rep.
    You are a connector, strategist, and guide—backed by a proven system, a calendar full of appointments, and a company built for scale.


    • Conduct pre-set, high-quality one-on-one discovery calls with producing agents

    • Use our proprietary Agent Needs Analysis and Business Planning structure to reveal core issues

    • Help agents clarify what they want, where they’re stuck, and what the right next step looks like

    • Enroll qualified agents into our Mid-Range Agent Program with confidence and clarity

    • Collaborate with leadership on conversion insights, scripting refinements, and enrollment strategy

    Be a trusted face of the company, representing our brand with emotional intelligence, authority, and service-mindedness

    • Cold call, prospect, or chase leads

    • Handle backend operations or appointment setting

    • Deliver ongoing coaching or manage agent follow-through (we have a delivery team for that)

    • Former MAPS Coaches, Team Leaders, OPs, or real estate executives who want to stay in the game more strategically

  • Co-Founder

    Rosalie is a seasoned real estate leader with over 30 years of industry experience. Licensed since 1994 and currently holding Principal Broker licenses in Oregon and Oklahoma, she has been licensed in a total of seven states throughout her career.

    Her impressive track record includes 17 years as a top-producing Mega Agent, 10 years as a Team Leader with Keller Williams, and 2 years as a Productivity Coach. She also served as Director of Sales for a prominent luxury brokerage in Texas, where she led high-performance teams and strategic growth initiatives.

    A dynamic recruiter and builder, Rosalie has personally recruited over 1,200 agents and achieved Mega Agent status with $47 million in production as a solo agent. As Director of Sales for luxury offices spanning Austin, San Antonio, and broader Texas, she helped drive $500 million in market share and recruited 76 agents in just 9 months. One of her hallmark achievements was the development and launch of a business development program specifically designed for agents entering the luxury real estate space.

    Rosalie’s passion lies in coaching and developing talent—whether brand-new agents, mid-range, or seasoned professionals scaling teams to 65+ members. Today, she is the Co-Founder of Level Up, where she channels her decades of experience in leadership, recruiting, and coaching to empower agents and drive transformative growth across the industry.

    Wallace began his real estate career at just 18 years old in 2015 and was quickly recognized as "Rookie of the Year" by the Southwest Louisiana Board of REALTORS®. By 2017, he launched The Wallace Myers Group, and by 2019, at age 23, his team was nationally recognized by The Wall Street Journal—ranking in the top one-tenth of 1% of all 1.4 million real estate agents in the U.S., and among the Top 50 small teams across all brokerages nationwide.

    That same year, Wallace was named the #5 agent in the Gulf States Region for closing over 275 transactions out of 4,000+ agents and was honored as Southwest Louisiana’s Rising Philanthropist of the Year. In 2021, amid a global pandemic and five federally declared natural disasters, Wallace led his team to 467 closed transactions—demonstrating remarkable resilience, leadership, and commitment to clients.

    Most recently, Wallace Co-Founded Level Up, where he brings his strategic vision, high-performance mindset, and deep commitment to developing others into their highest potential. Known for transforming obstacles into opportunities, Wallace is relentlessly focused on delivering exceptional service, empowering professionals, and guiding others through powerful breakthroughs in both business and life.
